- Director -

Andrew was most recently an Institutional Portfolio Manager at BlueBay Asset Management, a $60 billion UK and US-based fixed income manager. Prior to BlueBay, Andrew was a Credit Analyst for Northlight, a European hedge fund, and an Investment Analyst for Consensus Business Group, a UK private equity firm.

- Non-executive Director -

Richard is the former Vice-Chairman of Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch and former CEO of Colony Capital, a New York Stock Exchange listed company. He is widely credited with introducing the modern REIT to Wall Street.

- Director -

Nikki was most recently Head of Sales and Distribution at ClucasGray Asset Management. Prior to that, she spent 10 years at BlueBay Asset Management, where she was a Senior Credit Analyst. Nikki began her finance career working for Goldman Sachs in London and New York.

- Associate -

Alastair is a chartered accountant CA(SA). He completed his articles at Ernst & Young Johannesburg in 2021. Alastair holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and B. Bus Sci Finance with Accounting from the University of Cape Town. He was a member of The Golden Key Society and Dean's Merit List.

- Analyst -

Balela graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2020 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and in 2021 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Economics degree. She was a member of the EHS Marching Band which won 5 consecutive national championships while she was a member.

- Finance Manager -

Lezli previously worked for PKFOctagon. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Town and a Postgraduate diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences from the University of South Africa.

- Investment Administrator -

Richard has 20 years investment banking back and middle office administration experience in the UK and US. Before moving to South Africa he worked for BNP Paribas in London.

- Associate -

Sipho was previously a Sovereign and Financial Institutions Credit Manager in the Corporate and Investment Banking division at Nedbank. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Economics and Econometrics, as well as a postgraduate Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Investment Management from the University of Johannesburg.
